The Centre with a sprawling area of 17.5 acres is located near Ibrahimpatnam, on the banks of the outer ring road, on Nagarjunasagar Highway which is about 23 Km from the church. A Prayer Mount Baptist Church has been built on the hillock with sufficient space for cellar measuring 7200 Sq. feet and 1500 Sq. feet for Multipurpose Building on the ground.

The Multipurpose building is now utilized to accommodate the inmates of Old Age Home of our Church run by Baptist Trust. Ruby Jubilee Complex has been proposed for the Institute for Baptist Seminary India (BSI).
